We have developed systems & processes that can easily handle quick-turns, difficult to forecast demand, and frequent changes. We are data-driven and track and monitor the key metrics that are critical to exceeding our customer’s expectations, such as quality, reliability, and responsiveness. Our Manufacturing team is responsible for the quality conversion of materials into a package that meets our customer’s specifications.
Our Quality Policy is focused on the needs of the customer, fully supported by Management, and driven by our employees.
We practice Lean Manufacturing and the principles of 5S. This keeps us focused on good housekeeping & eliminating waste in all areas. Our experienced Manufacturing team is responsible for the quality conversion of materials into a package that meets or exceeds our customers expectations
