Capabilities
Our award winning Structural Design team utilizes ArtiosCAD to speed up the time-to-market of new designs from concept to finished carton and reduce the transit time of changes by allowing the customer to view proposed structures prior to receiving actual cartons.
Our Graphics Pre-Press department utilizes digital workflow (computer-to-plate) to reduce the length of time to make a plate to a matter of minutes. Customers benefit from an ease of use in making corrections to files at minimal costs and improved printing quality.
We have quality roll Sheeters at both facilities giving us the cost advantage of purchasing board directly from the mills in roll form. This ensures great quality cartons from the very beginning of the converting process.
Our Printing departments feature three offset litho printing presses, all with top notch quality and the efficiency & flexibility to be cost competitive. Our small format press (40”) is a state-of-the-art 6 color printer with closed-loop color control, semi-automatic plate changers, and an epic dampening system. Our large format presses (55”) gives us the ability to run larger format designs and more images on the sheet to provide our customers a cost advantage on larger productions runs.
Our Die Cutting departments feature four Bobst cutters, three with blanking capability. These presses use laser-cut dies and are capable of embossing in-line with register of less than 1/32 of an inch.
Our Finishing departments have a wide range of equipment giving us the ability to finish just about any package; including seal end cartons, auto-bottoms, bottle carriers, 4 and 6 corners cartons, display boxes, and flame-sealed gable tops. We also have the ability to window cartons, apply peel & seal or tear strip tape, and collate cartons for our customers.
Both of our facilities have in-house Warehousing space giving us the capability to store roll stock and finished goods inventory for customers.
